Rates and Minimum Stays

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate one-night stays and holiday (and other peak) periods may require a minimum 3-night stay (except when booked last minute and we have availability).

We are pleased to offer discounts on stays of 5 or more nights and also weekly rates. Please inquire.

Check-In/Check-Out Policy

Check-in is anytime after 4pm and we must ask that guests by 11am. We are sorry but, due to heavily scheduled cleaning and maintenance, we are very rarely able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out, so please plan your trip accordingly.

Number of Guests

Rates shown are for single or double occupancy per night. The rate for each additional person is $20/night and a person is a person of any age. For the peaceful enjoyment of all, we ask that no extra guests use the facilities during your stay.

Smoking Policy

All rooms and cottages are non-smoking. We have a very pleasant outside smoking area for our guests.

Pet Policy

Sorry, although we love all animals, no pets are allowed. Our chickens have free range of the property and have no natural fear of dogs.

Payment Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, cash, and checks and full payment required at the time of booking when booking for less than 3 nights. Full payment required at the time of booking if reservation is 2 weeks away or less.

For all other reservations 50% payment is due at time of booking and remaining 50% due upon arrival.

Additional Charges/Fees

To the rate we add 10% Marin County Lodging Tax. There are no cleaning fees or any other fees.

Cancellation Policy

policies A cancellation with at least 14 day advance notice will be fully refunded less a 10% processing fee. With less than 14 days notice, any nights that we are unable to re-rent will be charged the full rate. The same applies to those who may have to arrive a later day or depart an earlier day than expected.

Reservations that exactly meet the minimum stay requirement can not later be changed to a reservation for less nights.

A 21 day cancellation is required for holiday reservations, stays of 5 nights or longer or whenever 2 or more cottages/guest rooms are reserved.
